As a Call Center employee you are the first point of contact for the CLIENT's customers. Customers who deserve the best customer contact. And you're the one who's going to take care of that. You inform, advise and sell. You do all this with only one goal: to make customers hang up even happier.  

​

About 

As a commercial customer advisor, you maintain customer contact about the services and products. From extending contracts, for example, to answering questions about the services. Because you really want to make every customer happy, a conversation is never boring and never the same.

​

You will soon notice at Soul Marketing that there is a lot of coaching, a lot of consultation and a lot of room for own initiative. You learn to communicate better with every conversation. You also have something to do with that next to your work! The work is diverse; make or receive calls, sell or advise. You take care of it all!

​

So tell me, will you soon be the face of the CLIENT with your telephone voice.

What you bring

We do this together to make you an expert in customer contact. It is useful that you bring the following:

​

• A good command of the Dutch language in word and writing

• You really like to (learn to) sell

• Excellent social and communication skills

• A result- and goal-oriented way of working

• You are available at least 11 hours a week
